Recruitment in Rook

I've had the idea in my head to go and speak to some of the other settlers in Rookborne around our area. I feel that we need to start trying to get to know these people and take them in, or if they're not worth it, push them out and usurp their land. If there are any people around that you have come to build a relationship with, you should see how they are feeling with their current guild and mention that we're recruiting skilled people looking for anything in the game.

I really dislike random shout or faction recruiting, so I'm all for the vouch system; to get in you have to know someone. The problem is knowing someone so I plan to at least start chatting with other residents.

Usually I just say that we're a focused guild with a solid core group that's PVX and having a load of fun along the way.
