Demigoth is the start of my KOS List

So on the way out to my tree farm in Castaway Strait I decided to deep sea dive for sunken treasure. I passed a green guy name Demigoth from Dark Paradox. We passed each other and nothing happened. Fast forward about two minutes later and I come across a sunken treasure. Only the 2nd one I've ever seen. I pop the recovery pouch on it and about halfway up Demigoth murders me.

I can handle that, it's part of the game. However, his immediate whisper, "LOLOLOLOL" rubbed me sourly. He even then tried to revive me... and I knew if I took it he'd immediately kill me again so I took the temple respawn. I was level 23 at the time on my farming alt, he was 50.

Anyway... if you see him and can screw him over or kill him, PLEASE let me know and make my day! Thank you.
