I have a piano on my roof and a few benches that I can reposition. I guess the important thing is to be on comms. If you're unable to talk, that's ok you can chat back to us in guild. We can also take this opportunity to make an official guild photo as well!

In-game location hasn't really been determined, but I'd definitely suggest somewhere in Rookborne. If only I had the townhouse.

Ok, Lets set a few basic ground rules.

I think we will be fine as we have a good group of players, but most of us have been in TS meetings before. They can get pretty lively when individuals disagree or they can drag on forever when leaders have no direction… We want to have a productive meeting, address legitimate concerns/guild policies, gain insight/ideas from the guild, and all walk away from a positive experience that has an impact on the guild. So, let’s take a moment and get on the same page:


Meetings should be held in a separate channel, we have already set the precedence that raids/dungeons/fleet combat and the like is not to take place in the general chat channel. The same is true for officer meetings; we should extend this practice to the Guild all hands meetings.

Be respectful of your guild mates. We want your input, we want your ideas and we want your criticism. But we want it constructive. If you disagree, please explain your reasoning as rationally as possible.

Try not to step on comms. If someone is speaking, they have the floor. Likewise, please do not scream in the channel.

Fleet Comms are in effect during meetings. No Raids, dungeons or PvP discussions while in the meeting. If you want to PvE or PvP while in the meeting channel that’s fine, but keep it to yourself.

Please be aware, the guild leadership will likely be recording the meetings for those members that are unable to attend.

For those of us who are unable to attend due to time zone differences, work, and the like, could someone please make note here of what gets discussed or post a recording of the meeting? That'll be mid-morning for me, and I'll be at work.

I agree with Seiarryu, we should record the entire meeting so tht ppl who couldnt participate can hear the results of the meeting.
